Seeing this sight on my drive home tonight, I was reminded of what our Cooped Up Confessional, Jeannie Hackelman had said in our interview with her, "We are blessed to live here, it's not a privilege." I've been so blessed to have always lived where I could see the stars at night, hear the coyotes yip and know what "stillness" really feels like. I'm careful to not use the word peaceful when I describe living out here because peace only comes from truly knowing God and this "peace of God which surpasses all understanding" can only be present in a lover of Jesus Christ. A person could be in the most beautiful place in the world, but be tormented inside because they have failed to surrender their life to Jesus.
So here I am again, asking, "Do you know Jesus? Have you made Him Lord of your life?"
Do you know we pray for you? We pray that this little blog would encourage you to take the next step in following Jesus.
Please let us know if there's anything we could pray for you about or if you have questions.
Love you all and God bless!
