I Wanna Be a Mermaid When I Grow Up

"I wanna be a Mermaid when I grow up," these were the words spoken by my 2 year old tonight.  It's been a week since we went to the Denver Aquarium and she hasn't talked about much else.  If you're looking to take you kid to a pretty cool place, the aquarium should top your list.  They've got such a great variety of animals and yes, mermaids!  Also, those that are coming in for the National Western Stock Show in Denver, the aquarium is just a short distance away, so make sure to check it out. This girl had so much fun!

Odessa loved the jelly fish tanks.

I especially loved the sea turtles.  They looked like they were just enjoying life.

Oh and the sea otters were hilarious, such showmen!

The highlight of the day were these ladies.

Sheridan got to touch sting rays and hermit crabs and she loved it.

I'm pretty sure these are pike, Kody's favorite to catch.
