There's always a week where I just don't get into the gym as much as I'd like. So when that happens I like to do an overall body workout. Here's a really good one that will work arms, legs, abs and keep you're cardio kicking the whole time. I did this one yesterday with my workout girlfriends and we were all huffing and puffing. Hope it makes you huff and puff too!!!
